i just hope everyone likes it, its one of my best, but heed my words 25% of the outcome will be if cooking is done right its very easy to ruin sauce by overheating it. this will come out thick on your meat when its done like thick bold glue, but if it gets boiled it will be thin. good but thin. i warn you, a napkin will fall aprt, youll need a wet towel handy to wash your face after every bite, apply liberally  :chuckle:

Sounds good, if I didn't have backstraps already out for tonight I find something to try it on. Or would it be good on those?

Cool, gonna try it. You forgot one ingredient: 1/2 cup of sour mash...add to the chef and shake.

if you prefer sweeter sauce double the brown sugar
if you prefer NO heat at all like if you have ulcers or heartburn remove the cayenne
if you want a little heat and kick double the cayenne and add 2 TBSP of finely chopped green chile and the juice from the can, and do your first simmer for at least 1 hr

that's it, if you want a special blend or taste pm me, just ask here i have about 50 recipes  :chuckle: :chuckle: I have seen this resipe great on everything, my wife is addicted, she even adds it to sandwiches  :o

We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.
