Depends on the camera and how many pictures it takes each day. Most cameras will last 2 months easily, if it's just on a trail and not a bait pile. Look at Cabelas- they have a Bushnell on sale for $80 after the $30 rebate from Bushnell. That's about half price and Bushnell is known for long battery life.
