Going to be tasty!

My little experiment dish is potatoes. Cooked up a ham the other day, saved the juice in a bowl. Then cooked the bone section with whatever meat was still on it for a few hours in the crock pot - took the bone and meat bits out, and boiled it down. Added that with the other ham juice. Now going to bake some sweet, red, and yellow potatoes in the ham juice and season.

I tried something different this year. I raised my own turkeys and they got out of my pasture and into the neighbors medical Marijuana garden.....

So I'm thinking it will be baked before I even roast it!!! :chuckle:

Slow smoked turkey breasts, 12 hours in the smokehouse, meat never breached the 155 F mark. If you could only experience the smell in the house right now.
