I was wondering when a pic was going to show up. Beauty of a bull! I wish she would come forward with a story.
Looks to be the same from the cam pic.

Hey Bluesdude. Why dont you share her story with that bull. Doubt you wanna do that though. Im not a fan of posting other peoples pictures, especially without a good, juicy story.  :stirthepot:

I'd say this bull qualifies....If he still lives.

This Bull doesn't have that "Rosie" look.  Sure it is west side?  AWESOME bull though.

The westside has Rockies as well.

Rosies are technically WEST of I-5. Most of the west side is Rocky Mt elk. Unless you count Cascade rosies...I'm not sure B&C does :dunno:

B&C has no class for a Cascade Roosevelt. It's either a Rocky or a Roosevelt.
That Mt. Adams bull is a Rocky per B&C.

Roosevelt’s elk are acceptable from Del Norte, Humboldt and Trinity Counties, California, as well as that portion of Siskiyou County west of I-5 in northern California; from west of Highway I-5 in Oregon and Washington; from Vancouver Island, B.C.; and from Afognak and Raspberry Islands of Alaska. The Alaskan animals are the result of a successful transplant from the Olympic Peninsula of Washington. To date no trophies from Alaska have been entered that reach the current all-time records book minimum score of 290. Most of the entered trophies to date have come from coastal Oregon and Washington, with a smaller number from Vancouver Island.

NW Big Game Records does have a classification for Cascade Roosevelt Elk, same with Cascade Blacktails.

There is a website that lists trophy categories and they do seem to differentiate between cascade and other westside animals.  They do this with elk and deer.
