Curious what "cited" means to them? Glad that its getting public attention though! I've seen that pickup in a lot of Facebook posts lately, usually with multiple large sets of horns sticking out.

That you tube was from 2011.  But there are plenty of pictures on FB like others have said.

Keep videoing these guys and placing them on Youtube.  Seems to be the only thing that slows them down.  Shamming them goes further than a slap on the wrist and a possible ticket.
