I've never really thought about it, but if you're case skinning it, do it like anything else.  If I'm correct, they have a penis bone like raccoons.

He said he pulled it out. The testies are still on the outside of the fur though and attached to the main skin  cut all that fur off? I think you do because there's still flesh in there so I think it'd rot or something.

Carefully flesh it with a spoon.  I've done a couple skins for the local biologist that donates them to schools and that's what I've done.

For the fur trade you can just cut them off.
