Need Help Identifying a Muzzleloader

So here is the deal i bought this muzzleloader from my dad and apparently he can remember slim to nothing about it.
Its a inline thompson center muzzeleloader and the barrel indicated that its a pine ridge model 50cal and i cant find anything about it online.

There is the woods rifle and the diamond back that look similar to it but then there is a firehawk and one other that looks similar to.

I cant find a percussion cap or anything that fits on the nipple, thats on this thing. the #11 doesnt even come close.
If someone on here can tell me more about this thing and how my ignition system works that would be great.

As far as i know the use of 209 primers is not legal in this state and those dont go on a nipple anyway.

Looks like it takes musket caps and it also looks very similar to a T/C black diamond.

Yes, musket caps are a LOT bigger than #11 percussion caps.  (And a lot easier to handle with cold fingers!)

Ignition is to be wheel lock, matchlock, flintlock, or percussion using original style percussion caps that fit on the nipple and are exposed to the weather. "Exposed to the weather" means the percussion cap or the frizzen must be visible and not capable of being enclosed by an integral part of the weapon proper. Primers designed to be used in modern cartridges are not legal.

Im trying to get this muzzleloader operational and looks like i need to find musket caps. There is a 209 shotgun primer conversion kit i was going to try once i identified this gun but it seems i cant? All of you to muzzleloader hunt im assuming you use percussion caps then?

209 shotgun primers are not legal to hunt with in this state.  You should be able to find Musket Caps anywhere black powder stuff is stocked.

Definitely a musket cap nipple - and legal in this state.  IMHO, Musket caps are the way to go.....  though not all agree.

It has the same action as a Black Diamond.....   But the striker handle looks different (I have 3, and they're all the same but different than yours).

Looked at the pics again.  Everything looks the same as my Black Diamonds except the striker handle.   The action is identical.

Here is my best guess. Cabelas at one time sold a muzzleloader with a Pine Ridge scope on it. If you google Pine Ridge scope, look at the logo. It looks almost exactly like whats etched into the barrel of your rifle. I am thinking it is a Black Diamond rebadged as a Pine Mountain for Cabelas.

Ya thats what i kept getting when i typed it in a search engine pine ridge scope. Well that must be the case.
I found some musket caps at sure shot guns and pawn in kittitas. Now im going to send some led down range this weekend. Thanks for the help.

one more question guys. Given that this is a older inline muzzleloader do you think it is safe to shoot the newer style powerbelt bullets? or should i stick to led or sabbot bullets?

Yes, It is safe to shoot powerbelts in any muzzle loading rifle with that being said they would never be my choice of projectile.
