« on: April 01, 2014, 06:30:25 PM »
I have been hunting this property for 10 years 5 years ago it went to walk in only and i still hunted it then last year i arrive at my gate only to find a sign that says access buy permit only. Man was i pissed kicked out of MY hunting grounds and the permits were all gone. I know they are limited. Anyone know when there are going on sale this year?

I don't think anyone knows yet but I would guess that it would be in June just like last year, probably after results for the WDFW special permits are out.

THIS IS FROM THE WEYERHAUSER SITE:

Washington: Vail & PeEll recreation permits will go on sale the week of June 16th. More details will be available in late May on this web page. Permits are required for all access from 8/1/14 to 1/31/15.

Washington: With the Pe Ell permit season ending today, we will be removing the permit locks from the access gates this afternoon.

Washington: Due to January hunt in special elk units 5064 and 5061, Boistfort and Wildwood, we are going to extend the access permit through the end of January 2014. This will be valid in all Pe Ell permit areas

Washington: DO NOT use Wildcat lane at the end of the Lincoln Cr. county rd to access Weyco or DNR ownership. This is a private drive and you will be cited for tresspass.
