Been a few years since I've had pan fried trout. My dad use to eat the crispy fins and tail, said they tasted like potato chips.

Nice job, especially getting the kids out! By the way, didn't find any morels up Hwy. 97 where I've found them this time of year.  :bash: Another week or so.
