youtube poachers in WA?
« on: June 20, 2014, 02:10:11 PM »
3:40 mark looks like 4 shots in 870 and towards end shooting at flock looks like at least 5 geese go down with 4 shots.  IMO this is bad if my eyes are correct and makes me wonder why so many think laws are just for the other guy.

Just the music is an infraction. This is definitely going to WDFW. Thanks for posting hdshot. We don't need people thinking that's how we roll in WA. That's only how dirtbags roll.

Here are a couple comments from his YouTube channel.

You know you have video footage of you shooting 4 rounds at geese? Not sure but I do believe you are only allowed 3.

6:20 Very nice man Shooting over your limit of 4 geese and having too many shells in your gun. Nobody is impressed when your hunting illegally

For sure! I doubt much can be done by the law since no face of the shooter was seen.

I hope BigTex or OG get ahold of this fast. He obviously has seen the comments that are a few months old telling him of his infractions and doesn't care.

Go get 'em!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It happens twice, he clearly shoots 4 shells. Just reported video to WDFW before they pull it. They were nice enough to provide their names.

Someone better figure out a way to save that video before the guy gets wise and pulls it down.

Even if he does I believe that YouTube could still access it via a legal request. Not sure how that works.

WDFW would have to get it court ordered. Same with other websites.. it's a harder process than one would think.

BUT HEY, those guys who did cannon balls on manatees and posted it on youtube had their video used as evidence and they were charged with wildlife endangerment and slapped with probation and a lot of fines. Just hope an official sees it before it's pulled, if they pull it at all.

There are multiple occasions when he's touches off more then 3 rounds.  There is not plug in that gun.  Hopefully this get's pursued.
