Don't get me wrong... 4 shells is unethical and just stupid. Flat out dumb... and it does irk me that people are stupid enough to post these things online (I guess stupid is as stupid does)... But I hope that WDFW has better things to do then chase down a few kids being a-holes. I guess that these are probably the kids that grow up to be the idiot that shoots at deer out of their truck and harvests a three man limit of Dungies at dusk when they think no one is out watching or steal crawdad traps from the a creek they happen to be walking by... but its not like getting in trouble for it will change their outlook.

I don't know I hate to see these things happen... much like the Crescent Lake incident last year (I think I found out who was responsible for that also from a little youtube clip I stumbled upon). Anyways this stuff is just frustrating and gets under my skin. It makes me pissed off.

On second thought I hope WDFW does prosecute them... HA!

Not to mention they will eventually shoot that dog that keeps breaking right in front of the gun.

These guys have definitely documented themselves poaching. And I think 870 guy needs to learn some muzzle control. He was constantly shooting over his friends heads and shooting dangerously close to that dog in the field. I hope these pukes get whats coming to them!

It's still up. My wife and I just watched it. I hope they do something about this. Blatant disregard and rule breaking that can make us all b look bad. The stupidity of some people. Took a lot of work to put that video together to I would imagine.

Not only do poachers suck hugely, they put at risk everyone else's hunting privileges through abuse of our resource. We pay WDFW LE to protect our wildlife. That's their job. I much rather see them after these guys than a 13 year-old kid who accidentally punched the wrong day on his deer tag. Although a mistake is still breaking the rules, flagrant violations need to be pursued vigorously. You can bet that this isn't the only time these guys have done this. And, if they're willing to justify poaching geese, who says they're not willing to poach deer, elk, sheep, etc.

Agreed. These guys need to get hammered early before they are spotlighting deer and elk if they aren't already. If that's the kind of stuff they are putting on YouTube you know they are doing much worse.

If WDFW isn't up for it, you could forward to the feds I think.  Pretty sure the federal game wardens can also go after violations for geese.  Federal charges tend to be a lot more of a headache than state.

Well definitely there is a bag limit infraction and a round capacity infraction.  I would venture to say if they are breaking the easy to understand laws that everyone over the age of five knows then their are probably more than that.  Besides the endangering your dog and hunting partners infraction, hunting while stupid infraction and the posting illegal activity infraction.  Which probably fall under a single jacka$$ infraction. :dunno:

Jack A$$ ticket warranted...thank you

Taking a guess, but likely locals. Locals always seem to have the mentality that they can just do what they want, when it comes to hunting and fishing. Very self-entitled. Yet they say the Coasties or 206ers are "idiots that come over from the westside to shoot up the place." Shaking my head...

I do think that some feel the rules/requirements do not apply to private property.  Maybe that is the case here.   Still a little reckless and over daily bag if you ask me.  But, young and lacking in good decisions isn't unique to these boys.   Unfortunately!

Thought this would be a good time to bring up the following. All migratory bird laws can also be enforced/prosecuted in federal courts in addition to state courts. Migratory birds are a federally managed/protected species and as a result the feds have authority over them in the entire country doesn't matter if it's public land, private land, or tribal land. It's even against federal law to violate a state migratory bird law that isn't already a federal law, such as the robotic decoys.
