I only got 2 pics of this guy, from what I can see its a Wolverine. If you think it could be something else let me know. It has the exact markings of one.

Definitely looks like a wolverine to me. Cool pics! There was a video of one in the N Cascades floating around a couple years ago.

If you ever get to see one run there is no mistaking what it is.  Saw one 25 years ago in Oregon in the Stott Mtn Unit.  Game department told me I was crazy.  I gave them pictures of the foot prints with quarters for reference.  They told me after looking at the photos they concluded the person who took the photos was from Alaska.  "I took the photos myself, you jack wagons!  In Oregon!  Why would I lie about that?"  Never heard anything more from them and never saw him again.
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

Very Cool!!  I saw two badgers my first year elk hunting up by MT Adams, thought that was cool but I didn't realize how special it was after I talked to some other hunters and I did some research on them, not many people will ever see one in the wild in Washington. And you go and get a wolverine on a cam, that is awesome!

Maybe not - they may designate the area protected.

Reminds me of the cougar seen in Magnolia(seattle) back in 2009.

Guy who saw it first was starting to question himself.

I'm not sure if they do or not.  But, I would send an email with the picture attachment to the directors office anyway.  The folks that receive those are quite good at making sure it gets to the right person.

I'd say yes too.

I saw one near Curlew about 13 years ago on Boulder Pass. I told the WDFW what I saw and they said I was crazy too. It looked exactly like your picture. They said it was a Fisher (SP) from Canada. Goes to show you how much people in Olympia know about the animals in the state..
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

I called WDFW a few years back and told them I saw an Emu in the CF. They did not believe me and told me that there were turkeys up there.

Yea, how do you confuse a turkey for an Emu?
I went down and talked with a bio and all he said was that it would die in the winter if a cat didn't get it first.

That absolutely is a wolverine, they had them in British Columbia when I was guiding grizzly bear hunters up there.  Very cool, super rare in Washington.  I'd send the pic to WDFW.
And I think God must be a cowboy at heart
He made wide open spaces from the start
He made grass and trees and mountains and a horse to be a friend
And trails to lead ol' cowboys home again

There is an article in the July/August Washington Trails magazine regarding the Wolverines in the Cascades. Good read and answers your interest in their existence and whereabouts.
