Use light leaders and small scuds. Get above the fish and stick the scuds on structure. You'll get fish!

BTW....don't think i have ever been there and seen more then 7 guys fishing...max

I have been there and been all by my lonesome. If you can, go mid week and you should be fine. 

Same experience here. Not many folks the two times I've been there. Neat little place!
