Could've been in someone's freezer in hopes to take to a taxi, then never did so they cut the horns and hung the head for predators. Maybe, don't know?

Definitely one of the more bizarre things I have seen in the woods. Im thinking some kind of northeast Washington voodoo ritual, possibly even pagan. Are there any druids hiding out in the hills of Washington? Lol
