bear hunting greenwater?

anybody know of any decent spots near greenwater for bear? ive seen a few up there and my brothers buddy just got a bear out of there last weekend. not looking to steal anybodies spot, just a decent starting point

it all starts with a hancock pass id suggest because most of the public roads are beaten with nonstop traffic and idiots raising hell. oh and now some of the FS roads have no shooting OR hunting signs on them as of last fall.

Not many bear, lots of shooting pits, tons of vehicle traffic. I'd look elsewhere.

If you get up there very early and hike in 2-3 miles away form the roads, you can find some good spots

I'll PM you my old areas that do hold bear and is public land and you can hunt! Good Luck!
