The fact that WDFW has been culling animals who are suffering from hoof rot is not just a rumor. They published it several months back, right after special permit results were posted. It should still be no problem filling a cow tag down there though.

I'm pretty sure your mistaken.  They said it was being considered.  That was all.

In this news release, it says they will start "next winter."
It's not winter yet.
