I cut my own.

Stewarts meat in McKenna is a risk and what I saw there made me quit buying anything there.

BUT I do take meat to MT. View meats on 112th to have them make me the 1/2 inch pepperoni sticks.  I love their stuff...   It is all about timing.  Within a few months all the game will be out of their cycles.  Than I bring my meat in for them to make my pepperoni.  I get what I gave them.  They do a wonderful job...

Rainer Taxidermy in Roy, cut and wraps and does all the specialties.  By far the best I've used.

Wow ! My name is celia Fritch I work at butcher boys  and personally wrapped all of this guys ( I'd like to say gentlemens but really can't ) meat .my reputation proceeds me as a competent wrapper as well as knowledgable customer service rep. I am also the girl he came in and talked to on several occasions without being called, verbally abusing myself and any other girl he could talk to. I'm sorry that you are so unhappy somewhere in you're life you feel it's necessary to take it out on girls behind a counter but as you found out I won't be one of them . If anybody reading these posts has any questions or concerns feel free to come in and watch us cut and wrap your animal . Lying on the internet is just juvenile .
You can't please everybody

Interesting and a great first post.

Any smart service company will have a woman at the "Face" person for the company.  If you put a female in that spot it defuses the face to face confrontation and the worst case you get yelling.

But it seems like the fellow was not happy with his results either way.

So I also work at butcher boys and have for the past 10 years. It is crazy to me someone who is a grown man would come on here and slander us with false facts. You came in multiple times and caused a scene. First off we have never stolen anyones meat EVER! We are highly monitored by the game wardens. We do carry elk and deer for purchase it is also brought in from New Zealand got the receipts to prove it. The man who started this thread is very misinformed as to the cuts and what you get back. Smoked vs fresh meat there is always a difference. You will always lose more weight if u have stuff  smoked. When u bone out your meat and bring it in a cutter needs to follow your lines which could have effected where the roasts and steaks are. Finally he has yet to talk to John who is the owner in person.  He has just yelled and called all the girls names. In fact the girl he calls a meth head told him on multiple occasions if you are unhappy or believe something was messed up John would be happy to work with u to make it right. We also never called him to say he was missing meat he called us saying there was a bag missing which he knew he had already picked  up everything. He did get at least 3 calls saying meat was ready because he was the contact person for 4 animals in a month span. Get your facts straight before going on social media and slamming a business who bust there ass to make sure they have done everything to the best of their abilities.

Unless the complainer is female.

:yeah:   I have used Zach for a few mounts and I take all my trim to him for summer sausage ,brats, or "crack". Very nice to do business with.  Crack has cheddar cheese and jalapeño and other seasonings it's by far my favorite.

Gotta jump on this in support of Butcherboys, I have done/and still do lots of business with them since the late 80's, early 90', that would be all the way back to when they were in the old shop, and to this day  have to honestly say I have never ever had any issues or bad experiences with anything they have done for me. Be that processing my dear or elk or with any purchase of any kind of meat or meat products. The closest thing I could come to for being a "bad experience" would be that 1 time about 10 years ago I bought 5 lbs of breakfast sausage and it was a little on the greasy side but was by no means "bad", just a little more fatty then normal. I mentioned that to John the next time I was there just to give him a little feed and back nothing more, I wasn't a big deal, and he apologized and gave me 5 lbs. of breakfast sausage to replace what was "bad" plus gave us a few sticks of pepperoni free of charge.
