Big shoutout to Lokidog for getting my first deer
« on: November 19, 2014, 09:34:20 PM »
I’m not good writer and I can only dream of having the style like  Hirshey when she writes about her hunting ,therefore my post is short and simple .
“Thank you Lokidog  for helping  me to harvest  “My very first deer”
After reading my post filled with frustration , Ed invited me to hunt on their island and I shot my first deer in my  life .  He let me stay at their house, picked me up with his boat in Anacortes ,lend me his shotgun ,helped me to skin and butcher and I just want everyone to know that he is outstanding guy . We shared stories in the evening while sipping  whiskey and rum and I had admired their way of life .
I couldn’t have done it without you , thank you .

Everyone thinks that I'm freak ,I don't look different do I ?

He forgot to mention that he made a great off-hand 116 yard shot that ended in a 15 yard trailing effort.     He also forgot to include the photo with our island deer transport device....

Capn. you are welcome any time.

So true.

Congrats to you and solid move by Lokidog.
