He forgot to mention that he made a great off-hand 116 yard shot that ended in a 15 yard trailing effort.     He also forgot to include the photo with our island deer transport device....

Capn. you are welcome any time.

Congrats! I'm happy for your first success! You have a lifetime of hunting to explore just precisely what details you want to share about your hunts.. I'm sure you'll master the art of BS like me someday.. :) I'm elated you were able to solidify new friendships and put some meat in the freezer!! Congrats again.
I am not opposed to golf, for I suspect it keeps armies of the unworthy from discovering deer.

That's the good stuff I come on here to see!  Congrats to you both.
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

Every since I first read one of these stories of crushed apples and little island deer some odd years ago I've been impressed with this Lokidog. Good people.

Heck of a shot there Cap'n.  Congratulations on the deer.
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

Congratulations on the first deer
Not surprised that someone from the forum helped you out. I have met several folks from Hunt Washington and they have all been stand up guys. Sportsman helping Sportsman, there are plenty of unselfish folks on this site, and this is just another example of that.   :IBCOOL:

This is a great site to be a member of, I have helped several guys with info to their animals. In return I have gotten great support for the Salmon For Soldiers project.      This is why Hunt Wa is a great site, we help and respect each other.
