Archery Mule deer tag filled
« on: November 23, 2014, 08:37:06 PM »
I drew a doe tag for a unit I mule deer hunt in the late season here in WA. I told myself I was going to hunt bucks on Friday and then shoot a doe on Saturday. Well after a blown stalk on a 3pt first thing on friday, my hunting partner, Travis spotted this doe bedded not far away. The weather was rolling in and I couldn't resist. I already shot a buck this year and this was extra meat in the freezer. 31 yard shot and she ran about 50 yards before piling up.

Cut and wrapped
