Actually Naches Sportsman that's bad advise. You can pickup antlers (elk, deer) but horns, like sheep horns you can not.

What kind of horns are you talking about?

Naturally shed deer and elk antlers you can pick up.

Skulls you cannot.

Well, I would guess if you found "naturally" shed horns you could take them  :chuckle: :dunno:

Antlers yes.

HOWEVER, it is illegal on US Fish and Wildlife (National Wildlife Refuges) and National Park Service (Rainier, Olympic, Lake Roosevelt, etc) lands.

It is legal to pick the sheep horns up in Idaho, but there are restictions.
