Nice ! that's a good excuse for a second freezer. told the wife after she got rid of my old monster and replaced it with a smaller unit (they just don't make em that big anymore) that the next elk I get will be going into a new freezer.

Too funny, I just bought a new, larger freezer from Sears yesterday, 21 cu. ft. to replace the 12 cu. ft. I'm currently using. The first question out of the salesperson's mouth was "what did you kill?". The camo hat must have tipped her off.

I even had the guys where we buy our appliances make sure they had an extra on hand of their largest model at the end of season,(of course the wife didn't know of this arrangement) but sadly my tag went into soup instead.
