Anyone know who actually owns the property now?
That being said, I highly doubt the Port of Everett will allow hunting They will argue we have the North end of Spencer Island.

You do have the north end of Spencer.... Exactly. 10 years ago you could walk in and hunt most of the area. now you need a boatyes but you really cant walk in that far cause they broke the dike
As stated before there is no breached dikes, the flood gate has broken and repairs are being conducted to fix this issue.there is no public access to the property for hunting or anything else.. far as the guy yesterday sneeking over the dike, didn't see a bird fall when shots fired, just ruined a great resting/staging area for all us a hunting around this area till seasons end...
Sounds like one group of trespassers pissed off another fellow trespasser/trespassers on Friday ,but they got even by taking the plug out of there boat and taking there kicker motor.. That must of been fun getting that boat drained to get some sort of plug back in it. would of like to seen this, a pretty good show I'm sure.. Just goes to show ya bad things happen to bad people.. Gotta luv carma..
