Idaho hunt with Bearpaw outfitters
« on: January 17, 2015, 08:37:51 AM »
If you have hunted with the outfit in Idaho for Elk I'm looking for to talk with you about your experience and what you thought about the hunt.   With the show coming up in Puyallup there are a lot options open and would appreciate some background before the fact instead of after.  PM me if you prefer because its easier to have a conversation versus the net.  I've read good comments about the outfit before and looking forward to talking with some folks who have hunted with him not necessarily on a reference list.

Guys he wants to talk on someone who is not on the reference list.

*This is in no way against Bearpaw*

Reference lists provided by the outfitter you want to hire are completely worthless.
What outfitter is going to send you contact info for someone who had a bad hunt?

Ok, NOT looking to slam the outfitter guys and gals.  Looking to talk about which hunt they were on, terrain, gear, grub, etc..  I've read all the great post and appreciate the responses but trying to talk about elk hunts that people have been on.  Like the builder says above looking to talk with people who may not be on reference list but who hunted elk with Bearpaw in Idaho.  Prefer to have a conversation versus the net, but any responses are cool.  Thanks in advance.

. Not being a smart A but you do know Dale with Bearpaw Outfitters owns and operates this forum right?

That being said, if I was ever to book a hunt with a guide it would be Dale.

Yes he knows. .I am sure he will talk with Dale eventually.
I don't think it's too hard to understand that he is asking to speak with someone not from the referral list. ..

Fully aware of what he was asking.  Wasn't meant to be a smart A comment, just more of a heads up.
