Now that the season is over I have had a chance to reflect on the season. These are just a few of the many memories.

Not from this year but last due to my daughter living in another state and in school this year.  But fun times and great memories with her.

Hmmm...another good use for old fishing poles!
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

It's broken and has a new life seeing dead ducks... Making a blind on the cheap. On an upside that pole never really worked anyway, couldn't ever catch anything with it.

:chuckle:  I used a pole similar to snare squealer pigs on Catalina.

Man, I get excited when we have weather conditions like this!
Spent most of my $$ on huntin, fishin & retrievin dogs, the rest I just pretty much wasted.

Only duck hunted once but these photos make me want to do it again.  Really like the ones with the dogs included.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

Couldn't decide between these three from this season. And awesome sunrise, a hunt with my dad grandpa and best friend I will never forget and my dogs Shasta's first retrieve after a lot of hard work over the summer
