Late father in laws north Idaho elk back from taxidermist
«

I got my late father in laws first elk back from the taxidermist. He shot it in north Idaho when he was 14 and had been lugging the antlers around since. Never mounted I had nothing but the antlers and skull cap. They have been mostly in garages through out the years. He passed 4 years ago and had almost sold them on eBay but my wife convinced him not to. As a tribute to him, I got them mounted for the wife. She cried when they came home. Now...where the heck do I put them?! Mancave needs some room...rip Jim Hayes.

Very cool; beautifull bull! I think they look just fine where they are. Well, with the exception of the whole having to get in the door thing
Maybe you could put a small memorial plaque with a few words on the mount in honor of Mr. Hayes?

He shot it when he was 14 years old. How old does that make them? Really cool saylean.
