What Temps are you getting?
You can add a cheap single burner on the bottom of the smoker for those times you need a little more heat.
After 2hrs of hot fire it was 90deg. Granted it was first meant to be a cold smoker so it's not completely sealed.  there's some cracks between some of the side boards.  Great smoke in there though.

mount a 4" collar to the side of your smoker thru the wood  :twocents:

Ya need to get ya a little blower to push air into the firebox. That will create more heat plus force it into the smoker.

A blower like what my Traeger has or what the facny Lil Green Eggs use.
