Burglurized
« on: August 31, 2015, 10:01:02 AM »
Please keep your eyes and ears open. We were at my moms memorial this weekend and got burglarized  :bash:. I lost all my hunting gear and so did my boys, also my wifes jewlrey, etc, I'm just sick about the whole thing, we lost all our gear. Gear lost includes, 2- Martin Aliens, 2- Martins Nemesis, Bowtech CPXL, all were fulling set up and I can identify them all most were very customized, 5 Sets of Sitka gear, 3 sets of First lite ASAT gear, 2 sets of KUIU gear, Eberlestock X2, Badlands packs, Meopta binos, 2- leupold binos, 3- Nikon 550 rangfinders, GPS's, Stihl 029 & 039 saws, and the list goes on. Please if you see of hear of lots of gear being sold cheap, let me know..Thank you, Sean & Family.

That happened to me before and it sucks.  Hopefully insurance will cover most.

Pieces of crap!  There is nothing worse than a thief.  Really hope they get caught sooner than later and maybe you get your property back.

:yeah: I am on the other side of the state but if you need any gear, don't hesitate to ask and I would be more than happy to toss what I can in the mail for you and your boys to use

You guys are all so awesome! I so appreciate it. We're dealing with Insurance and Sheriff today, I'll know more by tomorrow afternoon. Really bummed for my boys, they were headed out in the AM, now cant...just sucks that people do this. Hopefully we can get some items and get to elk hunt in 2 weeks. I really appreciate all the great people and offers we've received...Thank you! Sean

Shoot me a PM where you are at. I will check into it and put the pressure on some tweakers I know. Only a couple of guys generally hit the Seabeck area so solvability is not out of the question.

In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

Sounds a lot like someone knew what they were after.  These tweakers are getting smarter.  Hope they nail these guys.  That is some high end clothing too.  Should be hard for them to offload on the DL.

Sounds like the thieves read the obituary and knew when you would all be gone. Some rings around the country do this. Be advised.

Or someone you have kind of met before, maybe some acquaintance of one of the kids.  I remember a buddy's brother had some guy that wasn't really a friend of theirs that broke into their place when they were gone one weekend.
