2015 incentive deer tag
« on: September 09, 2015, 06:40:27 AM »
Hi all my name is Jeremy from tri cities and am new to this site and looking for some suggestions for the upcoming deer season.  I drew a late buck for rifle in the blue mountain east unit nov 9-19 and than got a letter in the mail from wdfw stating I drew the incentive deer tag for eastern Washington one of only two tags given this allows me to hunt from September 1 to December 31 and can take any deer of my choice on top of my general buck using any legal weapon only stipulation is during set seasons I have to use that weapon but once those are over I can use any of my choice. With all the fires my unit I was going to hunt is now gonna so I am looking for new area to scout to get that trophy buck hopefully late November or early December any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Congrats on drawing the tag of a lifetime,  :yeah: Entiat is a decent place to start.
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

Welcome to the site!

Your fairly close to desert unit. I'd be hammering that.
