Rumor has it that years ago Yogi,s wife asked him where he wanted to be buried when he died....his reply- I don't care,just surprise me.....Classic Yogi. R.I.P #8

he was a icon and will be missed ! my daughter was nicknamed yogi my a pro player since she was a character too.... RIP.

Yogi was a little before my time. I Mainly remember him for his "Yogisms" and the AFLAC commercial where he put that stupid duck in his place.  :chuckle: RIP Yogi.

Apparently he is someone, because his name popped up over in my other forums.  I have no idea who he is or why he is famous but my sympathy to those who knew him.  90 is a pretty good run.

One of the best of all time. Wasnt until i read about him in my History of Baseball class in college  (yeah WSU actually has that class :chuckle:) that i realized he was an incredible human.

I had some of his baseball cards from the bubblegum I used to chew in the 50's...I wish I still had them and they were in perfect condition..
