Any good ideas for thanksgiving smoker?

I make my best attempt to catch a steelhead every year at the river near my house right before thanksgiving and christmas , I put it in a little less salty more sweet brine and smoke er up with some alder and cherry and just set it out on the table by itself  with the other goods and its always a HUGE hit !

have always done 2 turkeys, (1) whole oven or deep fried and (1) butterball breast in smoker then baked.. the breast fits nicely in most small smokers and the oven is required to actually cook it after a few hours of smoking.

For jalapeno poppers in the smoker, I used to cut them long ways and then wrap with bacon...

I just dice up the bacon really small, cook it, then melt in the cream cheese, and then stuff the jalapeño.  Then I smoke for 2 or 2 1/2 hours at 150-160 until the jalapeños look a little wilted.  They are always the first thing gone.
