Where is the Olsen document?

It's back on the www.wdfwinvestigation.com website now, with some additional material.  Keep in-mind that as of the first week in November, I am supposed to receive the entire 6,000 page WSP report, which I will go through and post as quickly as possible.

Also; TODAY MARKS ONE FULL MONTH THAT DIRECTOR UNSWORTH HAS HAD THE FULL WSP INVESTIGATIVE REPORT, YET NOTHING HAS CHANGED AT ALL WITH THE WDFW ENFORCMENT ADMINISTRATION!!!!!

The statements made by Jim Oesterle are troubling. Oesterle is the head federal prosecutor for natural resource crimes in Western WA. The fact that he said he won't prosecute WDFW led investigations as federal crimes just shows how little trust he has in the agency (or mainly Cenci.)

It just goes to show how one person's actions can ruin it for everyone....

UC---I can't get any of the documents to open.  It asks for what program I want to use, and none work.

If you download the file and then give it a docx extension it should work.
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

That seems to have fixed it.  Thanks

I too was very shocked with just how bad WDFW's standing with the US Attorney is now, all because of the behavior of this administration, but more shocked that still nothing has been done about it.

November is a busy month for me but I haven't seen anything on this lately, UC any updates?

Thanks for checking, but really no change in the last week or two.  I submitted a PDR (Public Disclosure Request) for the WSP investigative report, but am still waiting for full disclosure.  So far, WDFW has only provided the summary pages, and a bunch of attachments, but not the full deposition testimony transcripts.  I have been promised another round of disclosures, relating to the WSP report, on Dec. 2nd.

Also; I have been promised another round of disclosure, relating to the geoduck investigation, set for tomorrow (Nov. 25th).

I know there was a settlement hearing, for the Tarabochia lawsuit, last week but I don't know if they reached a settlement agreement or not, and certainly don't know the dollar amount yet.

I do know that Director Unsworth and Deputy Director Stohr have had the full WSP investigative report for about 2 months now, and yet nothing appears to have changed.  The same people are in charge, with no visible changes.  As Unsworth approaches the end of his first year as director, it would appear that he either doesn't have the juice to make any changes, or he doesn't have any desire to do so.

Maybe it'll be like the recent IRS investigation "We've investigated ourselves and have found no illegal activity."

Could be they are "self disciplining"?

You are probably right, and you can't blame them, since the self-disciplining seems to have worked so well for them.
