Last day of the season was fogged in solid.  Might have saved you a buck.

Good luck, Kirk. Really looking forward to seeing how this one plays out.

Fogged in where? There were some low clouds randomly rolling through, but for the most part it was bluebird weather on Tuesday. There are plenty bucks still in there. Some real dandy ones too. Seemed to be new bucks moving in daily all week long. The big boys were sticking to the ridge tops, but should move down lower as the urge" hits them. Some were already starting to follow does.

This buck was shot up there yesterday. Rut is starting to kick in I've seen plenty of mulies taken in the rifle season with swollen necks and starting to stink. Good luck to ya!

Good luck Kirk, that is a great area for migrators. If you get to the point where you start feeling down, remember how long it took to get drawn. These hunts don't come around very often, give it all you got.

Hmmm Not trying to throw a turd in your punch bowl Kirkl but I Just got back and was there since Fri and wasn't fogged in except for a little while Sun morn other than that is was mostly clear and even a bit too blue bird for me  :dunno: Not sure where that report comes from but I could see both sides perfectly and Tuesday was clear. I wouldn't worry though it didn't look to me to be much different than a normal general hunt year.  There were some good bucks taken and every once in awhile someone stumbles into the giant and for the most part 150's type bucks spotted and those get a free ride from me in that country so you will do fine!  Good luck
