Both great bulls. The Elgin bull was pretty public for some time - just glad it was a more local harvest. Money doesn't buy everything! There's another 400+ running around that made the slip....

Money didn't buy this other huge bull - it was public land in Mt. Emily unit.

something has to be wrong with this picture--the guy ain't smiling...or he's only doing that Mona Lisa 1/2 smile.  Think with this bull it would be more like this  :yike:

non res want to draw a Mt Emily or Walla Walla or Wenaha? Don't even apply as Oregon gives the only non res tags to outfitters each year. I am so sick of applying in Oregon for these tags but I have over 10 years and don't want to give up. I hope sometime the regs change.  I think watershed is still an option though.

Unless I've been mistaken, every other year one is offered to general non res, correct?  If I'm wrong, I'm gonna be really sad with my 17 non-res elk points :'(
