Absolutely.  They have several different models to choose from. With my body type I chose OWB pancake style.

I shot a shield, glock 27, and xd40 yesterday.  All were nice, although the xd 40 they had at the range was having cycling issues.  Probably really dirty or something.

The shield was great in terms of concealability, however i shot perhaps the best group of my life with a semi auto pistol with the glock.  3 goods sets.  I liked the feel and the way the glock shoots.  Just a bit blocky and thick...

Shoot the ruger sr40c.....it blows the glock out of the water and is about the same size.  Much nicer trigger too.  Of course I hate glocks because of their triggers.

I have had to deal with gun customer service 2 times in my life...both were Rugers...just sayin

That being said I own 3 Rugers, not flaming them but I have never had to call on HK, Sig, S&W or Glock...also just sayin

Prior to the SR series pistols I would never own a ruger semi auto.  They decided to get back into the semi auto market with the SR series and hit the nail on the head.     Their wheel guns have always been decent in my opinion.

I have the .40 S&W M&P compact pistol and I love it. It's a decent price if you buy it on sale, which it has a rebate going on now if your in the military or police force.
It came with extra mags and a couple different hand size adjustment things. I only had one problem, it's really hard to put bullets in the magazine at first but after loading it a couple times it gets a lot less stiff. It lookes super cool, it's compact, but it also is a little chunky. I went with a Glock 27.  I'm not a huge fan of the chunky Glocks, but I just can't argue with the way it shot for me, and at the end of the day that is what matters the most!

I went to look at the kround holsters again and their website seems to have expired!

Smart move Rob, go with the gun you are most comfortable with shooting.  The conceal part is second to how comfortable you are with the gun you have.

.40S&W is too much for a small gun, IMHO. Far better to get back on target and more shots 

Lots of police departments feel the same way and they're not even going for discrete carry. .40S&W is a relatively new round and while it is certainly one of the most popular cop calibers today there are several departments that ditched it to go back to the 9mm.

I recently ran a couple boxes of shells through a Springfield XDS .45 That gun shoots great for being so tiny. I have been looking for a small carry piece (Smaller than my Glock 26) for something ultra concealed. I may just have found it. I still want to shoot the S&W Shield.... I think I ruled out another 9mm at this point.
