New smoker and ribs

Did some ribs.  First time in smoker.  Dry rub.  I tried the 3-2-1 method and used some different sauces at the end.  Family approved.

Looks like they might have needed a bit more dry rub.  But if they were killer then nevermind.

I'd say 3-2-1 til the day I die, pending I have the time to do so. I've experimented with many rib recipes, and it's always back to what works best for me. :twocents:
