its a factor when you pick your friends .....
Good call! Both times I have drawn elk permits I've been the higher point holder.  :chuckle: maybe I need better friends!

How many points you got... Buddy?  :tung:
Coach doesn't like to build up too many point, so he draws every other year :chuckle:
He must be due then... I better get him my wild Id to get in on his app!  :chuckle:

:hello: :hello: :hello: :hello:  Need a hunting partner to apply with?     :hello: :hello: :hello: :hello:
Get in line  :chuckle:

I'm a terrific elk hunting partner, just ask me.

I'll even give you first shot unless I see it first.
:chuckle:

On a slightly more serious note:   I won't ask what tag you're holding out for, but I could never hold my chips that long.   I draw about ever 6-7 years and have a great hunt.......   just not a premiere hunt like you're lined up for.
Sorry, just saw this. I will be 31 this year, and I should have 21 points but I missed a couple years. Ghost pointed a few years throughout where I knew I wouldn't have the time to hunt, but i have always applied for the hard to draw tags. Once I draw, I will probably start applying for ones you can draw more frequently. I also have 19 in the Bull category. I have drawn two cow tags since the change in 2010 though, Toutle with 13, and Umtanum last year with 5.

I got a bunch of cow points im hoping to unload this year. Just need to decide on a hunt and be lucky enough to draw! See if I can keep my streak of drawing permits and eating tag soup.  :bash:  :chuckle:

Sadly I'm at zero for quality bull now, but I was lucky enough to draw a great bull tag last year and kill a gooden. Surprising how many on here with so many points. I drew with 11 I believe.
