A stag buck. ie either testicle damage or no testicles. You see quite a few similar bucks on the south end of Kodiak Island.

Ugly for sure.

ALONG THOSE SAME LINES, I WAS THINKING A DOE WITH ANTLERS. Never loses velvet, small looking body

They are called cactus bucks. They never shed, and the growth just gets crazier!

  Saw on one of the warden type shows where they put one down because the growth had overtaken the deer's eyes.

I don't think the fence behind the buck is a regulation high fence pen.

The tractor tire could be a hay feeder for cattle. I am not saying you are wrong, just can't say 100% certain based on that information.
