Yes I mean if. But to be held by DOC, as an earlier post showed, and to have no bail means your serving a time out. No bail cause your not allowed to leave until you've learned your lesson. DOC can violate someone for just about anything. Generally its has to do with not checking in with your probation officer but often can result of being investigated for committing a crime.

Sounds like the turkey guy uses a public defender.  The elk dude keeps an attorney on retainer and speed dial.
