You don't know if that is true or what the DOC release conditions were related to?Yes I mean if. But to be held by DOC, as an earlier post showed, and to have no bail means your serving a time out. No bail cause your not allowed to leave until you've learned your lesson. DOC can violate someone for just about anything. Generally its has to do with not checking in with your probation officer but often can result of being investigated for committing a crime.
