Congratulations!  Gorgeous bear, awesome photos.
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

And sorry haters...while you were typing your doubts, I was knee deep in bear guts and bad-assery.  :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:

Nice bear Decker, that's a great picture as well. He's a hogg brother, ya did yourself proud. I don't think anyone was being a hater. If you got a bear or not it has no effect on my life, so why would a.yone hate. I don't hate I congradulate, CONGRADULATIONS!!!!!!

Oh, I know man, I was just dishing it back to you guys. :D

Amazing hunt Decker.  It was fun to get the kids in the woods and let them see a beautiful harvest.  Even the pack out wasn't too bad.

Having never laid hands on a Spring bear, two things really stood out.  The hair quality is amazing compared to fall bears.  I couldn't believe how little fat is on a Spring Bear as well.

Dreams are forever on the mind, realization in the hands.

Nicely done sir!  I've only spent about an hour total today suffering the inter-webs but I would like to nominate you for best comment of the day for sure - it's like a General Patton t-shirt worthy quote!

Nice bruin D man! I will be there this weekend looking for one. I can't wait to see what that scull measures, it looks like a big head.
