This mess makes the barrier dam on the Cowlitz look like a wilderness area lol. If you can combat fish you certainly don't want to miss out on this state sponsored circus..have fun and don't stand in the road..

I'm taking a couple days off next week . Maybe I'll get lucky and find some sheds when I find some mushrooms. Not going to hold my breath but I might get lucky. If any of you shed hunters do not like mushrooms and you find some, go ahead and send me the coordinates.... Oh yeah, I'm an old guy with bad knees, so make sure it's easy walking... I don't get the desire to sprint to open view sheds like an easter egg hunt but to each there own.

I actually see it becoming an endorsement added to a license or even a special permit category. Do you want the Oka Creek Shed Hunt A or Shed Hunt B. Hey guys, how many points you have for shed hunting...Ive got 15 for Joe Watt, hopefully this is the year I draw..

I agree. The state is paying out a lot of overtime to the game wardens and wdfw employees to stay up all night to supervise and unlock the gates at 6 am. I think there ought to be a fee to the people who line up for may 1st so the general joe blow doesn't have to pay for them all night.

They're not getting overtime pay.
