How do I retrieve my original password? I got a new phone and cant get logged in this computer remembers me so I can get on with the computer but cant remember my original password

You have to send $100.00 to jackelope for a password unlock fee..

Enter your password wrong 3 times and they will send you a link to reset it. I just got a new phone to. What a pain.

Did you do that or is that just a guess about entering it wrong three times?

So when you enter it wrong an option for "forgot password" comes up?

Carbon did the "forgot password" come up for you when you entered yours wrong?

It prompted me to a screen to enter my email. I did and a few seconds later I had an email with a link to reset.
