What are they digging at in the cams? I mean that torn up place on the ground in the majority of the pictures.

Salt, gets absorbed into the dirt and they dig at it and lick.

Are those pics from out in the hills near battle ground? I didn't know we had elk that close by. Those bucks look like the'll be pretty good ones in a few more years.
