Great pics from Stealth Cam PX14
« on: September 08, 2016, 08:51:00 PM »
Here are a couple pics from a Stealth Cam PX 14. Was on sale at North 40 for two for $99--last month-- . I'm happy. Lots more like this.

How was the sensitivity and reaction time on that PX14?  That was a great price!

I have one of their P14 cams and was not that impressed with the sensitivity or response time on it.  I setup in my backyard and had empty pictures even with me walking straight at it from 30yrds to check the card in it.  I have a $20 Primos Easy cam that runs circles around it in terms of response and sensitivity.  I set them up one over the other and the primos easily took 2x as many pictures and all of them had the moving target in them.  But the primos is cheap and clunky to setup (requires PC), and has no adjustablility, video etc.

I have not done any testing on it . Don't know if there is a difference between the P14 and the STC PX 14 that I have. Down side  are the night time pics---pretty grainy.
