Submit a Big Game Hunting Report

Is the reporting website still down, I thought they had a new system? When I try to submit I get an "INVALID CAPTCHA INPUT" notice. I reported my turkey harvest over the phone in October and that was a joke, I don't know if they were cleared before the 10 day requirement.
