Please Support WA HB 1725 - No Transfer Req'd for CPL Holders
« on: February 18, 2017, 01:36:02 PM »
Please look into this bill.  It would allow CPL holders to transfer firearms between one another with out the additional burden of yet another background check.  This really is common sense.  I hope people looking for common sense gun legislation can see this...

I fully support this bill and I am glad to see this bipartisan effort to restore some common sense to private firearm transactions.

I know it's really just a small grant of our previous I594 liberties granted back, but this is a good start.

This would be a great compromise to I594.

Done and not to start an argument but I prefer claw back to grant  :)

I wrote to my liberal leaders that this was truly "common sense" and if they'd ever supported common sense gun legislation, this HAD to be something they would support.  That the only reason to require multiple background checks was to systematically impede people's ability to utilize their second amendment right.

Hopefully it makes sense to them, but I'm not sure that we see common sense the same way.

Makes too much sense, there for can not be allowed. Besides then there would be no paper trail to track the evil guns.
