On the new system, on the active tags page at the bottom - Bear April 1st 2017???!!! Sure looks like a draw!

It says the same thing for my cougar and turkey tag. It's just when last years licenses expire and the new licenses begin April 1st.

There should be a "Special Hunts" tab on the left there.  Idk why its not showing on yours.  But click on that and it should list any special permits and the status.
