Doesn't look like it was run over enough times. I would of ran it over more than once!

Great, now WDFW will probably say that Sherman doesn't have a pack because the hierarchy is in flux.   :bash:
Exactly.  Lots of people excited to see this wolf dead, but in reality its going to be bad for us.  Breeding pairs are the currency for wolf recovery and management.

The poor car, hope it didn't suffer much damage. What a heroic sacrifice for a good cause.

I would like to see a picture of the vehicle that hit her. If there is any damage to it the state should be responsible for the repairs.

It's cute you still think wolves will ever recover and be managed in WA.

Have to close Sherman pass, to dangerous with it open for the wolves.

Makes you question if they found skid marks at the scene or if they were marks from a burnout?

I like the skinny jean hipsters that are petting it in the picture...

Probably don't know about the cysts!

They will soon.

I look at it as a 2 way street. Good, we've got one less wolf. Bad as we just took one step away from delisting.

They'll never delist and allow hunting. That's a fairy tale.

There are more than enough breeding pairs in that region. It's the other regions that "need" them.
