I think the system may be flawed boys. Double check to make sure that you are not applying for a tag that you can't draw because it is for the wrong tag.
ie. Quality elk, I clicked on a modern choice for my muzzleloader tag on accident and it didn't throw up any red flags.
Lead em if they're running.

I caught it before I submitted. I was curious though and just edited one of my applications. Once you hit submit it tells you that you are in fault. So you can put it in the box wrong but it won't let you submit wrong.

you can change tags up until the season starts maybe thats why?

Is there any way to apply for just points without having to buy an elk or deer tag first. I am injured and won't be able to hunt this year but still want to put in for points. I was able to for moose, sheep and goats but no go for deer and elk

No. To apply for deer and elk special permits you're required to buy a license.

No. To apply for deer and elk special permits you're required to buy a license.

That doesn't seem fair. I got asked to do a survey with the WDFW this morning. I hope I get to address things like this.
